Description of Service
Tarr Trek plans, coordinates, and schedules educational summits, conferences and seminars for eye doctors.

Tarr Trek shall not be liable for any direct damages, costs, losses or liabilities whatsoever by any user or third party. In these situations, ‘Tarr Trek’ liability will be limited to the greatest extent permitted by law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the state of Tennessee without reference to its conflict of law principles. In the event of any conflicts between Colorado and Tennessee state law, rules, and/or regulations, Tennessee law, rules, and/or regulations shall prevail and govern. Each party agrees to submit to the exclusive and personal jurisdiction of the courts located in Tennessee.

Refunds
