The Summit will take place at the Lions Head Lodge at the Gondola in Vail Colorado. For Guests not staying at Lions Head Lodge, Off-site Parking is $40 per day. Book early for the best rates!

Antlers at Vail: Antlers is condominium style lodging just steps from the conference hotel and offers more affordable lodging for families. Parking is included and there are no resort fees. *Ask for Amy when booking.
Lion Square Lodge at the Gondola: Front-row access to Vail Mountain and the host hotel for the 2024 Winter Ophthalmic Summit. It offers luxe Ski-in/Ski-out lodging. Call Lion Square Lodge for accommodations. Group Block not available at this time. Parking is included with room reservation.
The Hythe Vail: A Luxury Collection Marriott property featuring spa and fine dining in-house. It’s a two-minute walk (a couple blocks) from the conference hotel.

The closest airport is Vail Eagle. If you fly into the Eagle airport (EGE), we recommend the High Mountain Taxi that delivers a group of up to 6 people to your hotel in Vail for less than $200 one-way (970-524-5555). Other options include the Roaring Fork Express (970-728-6000) or Epic Mountain Express airport shuttle (970) 754-7433. This is quick and convenient, and will help you save on overnight parking fees in Vail. Once you arrive no mcar is needed as the Lions Head Lodge at the Gondola is on the free bus route and just steps from the slopes, shops, and famous Vail Village.
